Our exclusive student Guesthouse
We are the only school in Quetzaltenango that gives you different lodging options. We offer you the opportunity live in the school guesthouse “Casa Latina.”

The guesthouse is in an excellent location: in the historic center of Quetzaltenango, just 5 blocks from the central park, just a few meters from the small traditional market, and only a few steps from the school.
The house is colonial style, is clean, tranquil, and comfortable, and accommodates from 4 to 8 students.
“Casa Latina” offers:

• Your own private room, or a shared room, depending on your requests.
• A room equipped with a new, comfortable bed, a table, chair, closet, etc.
• A shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, table, sink with hot water, etc.
• A shared bathroom with a hot water shower.

• A room with cable TV with 80 channels from different countries.
